Consulting covers the following topics

• Examination of all activities according to their necessity.
• Installation, instruction and practical work with electronical data systems.
• Synthesis of different methods, regarding especially local systems and facts.
• Analysis of existing infrastructure and proposals if changes are necessary (mechanisation, employees, logistical solutions a.o.)
• No direct influence on the executing management, unless it is wished by the owner. The managers get familiarized with different methods and systems, so that in the end they are able to choose for themselves between different possibilities. Such decisions are executed and implemented mostly more efficient as orders coming from outside.
• Training of the staff and transfer of current know how, offering opportunities for practical work in the most modern agricultural companies in Europe.

The extent of consulting

• depends on the wishes of the client and on the necessary intensity. Additional to the visits at the farm one has to calculate with approximately two days office work, mainly working on the data after and before the visits.
